Honey Brake is a boutique hunting lodge on the 40,000 acre Louisiana Delta Plantation in Jonesville, LA, located between Natchez, MS and Alexandria, LA. Home of “The Honey Brake Experience” television show on The Pursuit Channel, the lodge is at peak use during duck season, mid-November to early February. During hunting season, the lodge operates 7-days a week and employees 3 distinct full-time staffs: Guides, Guest Services and Culinary.

Culinary Staff (Sous chef position available)

Culinary staff provides 3-meals a day, 7-days a week for guests and staff. High quality meals range from country style buffet breakfasts to full-service dinners. Prior kitchen experience or training required. Culinary staff will have the opportunity to prepare Southern Style and Cajun cuisine under the guidance of our chef.

Responsibilities include:

*general kitchen prep
*AM duties in needed to get hunters to the field
*kitchen clean-up including dishes and silverware
*bar stocked
*line decoration for apps and buffet

November 16, 2015 - January 31, 2016(with option to start in September)
*year round position possible

Salary & Benefits
-Room and board is included.
-Monthly salary of $2,150.
